• Salary up to $115,000 Super • Mixed paediatric and adult caseload • Clinic-based role with some local school visits • Senior opportunity with mentoring and leadership pathways This is a full-time Senior Speech Pathologist role across Hornsby You will work with a varied disability-focused caseload across paediatrics and adults, including ASD, GDD, ADHD, fluency, language and literacy. The caseload is approximately 60% NDIS and 40% private/Medicare, with an intake team helping match clients to your experience level. You will also support junior Speech Pathologists, working closely with another senior clinician and the Clinic Manager. This role would suit someone with strong clinical reasoning, confidence in interpreting assessments and an interest in stepping into a senior position.
